Wandrian Studios is an Award Winning Design Studio that offers services focused on Architectural Design & Interior Design. The Studio was founded in 2018 by partners Kimberly Kolkovich and Daniel Rojas with the intention of combining their expertise and passion for interior design & architecture. The studio’s goal is to elevate each project by celebrating the qualities of the existing conditions while solving the client’s goals with creative artistry and functional pragmatism.

Collaboration, communication, and customer service is at the core of the studio. We consider our clients an integral part of the team and a key player in the creative process. Kimberly Kolkovich, NCIDQ, IIDA

Certified Interior Designer with over 15 years experience in space planning, interior fit-outs, and product development, Kimberly heads up the Interiors side of Wandrian Studios. Her professional experience includes workplace, hospitality, and residential projects. She received her Masters in Interior Architecture and Product Design from Kansas State University. Prior to founding Wandrian Studios she worked at 360 Architecture, The Lawrence Group Architects & WeWork. As an early designer at WeWork she helped with its massive expansion, creating and defining the WeWork brand, bringing the product internationally and training new teams, then helping design and define new hospitality product lines. She currently leads a team of designers helping to define and improve upon the core product offering.

Daniel Rojas, AIA, ASID

Registered Architect and Certified Interior Designer recognized and celebrated through his career as a design lead, Daniel brings over 20 years of experience designing several types of architectural and interior design projects worldwide; projects that range from small multifamily buildings and boutique hotels, to large commercial and mixed use developments. He received his Masters in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute. Prior to founding Wandrian Studios, Daniel worked for award winning firms such as Perkins Eastman, HLW International and Mancini Duffy, where he was able to develop a passion and keen sensibility for design as well as a rigorous methodology for project management, project execution and project delivery combining meticulous craftsmanship and top of the line technology.
